Health Care Navigator

The Navigator Program with Westchester County Department of Health is still up and running.  The Navigators are working with clients via telephone (they are not seeing participants on site).
If you need health insurance you can get personal assistance from one of the Westchester County Department of Health Navigators. While SBIC sites are closed you can still receive unbiased Medicare counseling by calling our helpline at 914-231-3260 or by emailing

QiGong/Tai Chi at the Library via Zoom

The class will be led by certified QiGong teacher, Steve Goldstein. Qigong (pronounced CHEE-gung) is an ancient Chinese form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times and can be performed by just about anyone. The movements are very much like light stretching and light calisthenics. Qigong combines movement, breathing and meditation to improve health, fitness and well-being by moving universal energy through the body.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Class duration is 45 minutes.  Open to ages 18 & up.
