Tutor.com  A fully online tutoring service. You can get a tutor in more than 40 subjects including Math, Science, Social Studies, English, AP support, Foreign Languages and Business. Tutoring sessions take place in our easy-to-use online classroom which runs in your browser.

Kanopy video streaming is now available for patrons age 13 and older. The Kanopy collection offers a broad selection of more than 30,000 feature films, documentaries, foreign language, and training videos, including: the Criterion Collection, The Great Courses, the Frontline series, and international films. Credit-free films have been added for additional access.


Hoopla Digital  is a groundbreaking digital media service  that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. You will need your library card number and PIN number to establish an account.

  A downloadable audiobook and eBook service offered by the Westchester Library System.  We have added a special collection of the most popular titles for Mamaroneck Library cardholders only, thus reducing wait times.

Health Care Navigator

The Navigator Program with Westchester County Department of Health is still up and running.  The Navigators are working with clients via telephone (they are not seeing participants on site).
If you need health insurance you can get personal assistance from one of the Westchester County Department of Health Navigators. Senior Benefits Information Center
While SBIC sites are closed you can still receive unbiased Medicare counseling by calling our helpline at 914-231-3260 or by emailing
SBICS@wlsmail.org with your name, question, and preferred method of contact. Volunteer counselors will get back to you within two days, weekends included.

From The Village Planning Department: Hampshire Recreation, LLC, is asking for approval of a Planned Residential Development, pursuant to Village Code § 342-52, a wetlands permit, pursuant to Village Code § 192-7, and a subdivision, pursuant to Village Code § A348-6, for the proposed Hampshire Country Club Planned Residential Development of a 94.5 acre portion of the Project Site within the Village’s R-20 Zoning District. The location and scope of the proposed wetland activity is the installation of a 20-foot vegetative buffer consisting of native plantings along the edges of wetland areas on the site, and an increased water budget into pond 10.  The entire Project Site comprises 106.2 acres and is identified as tax parcel 9-42-568 on the Village of Mamaroneck Tax Map and 4-14-20 on the Town of Mamaroneck Tax Map.

The Fashionable 20s By Laura Bott via Zoom

Combine your passions for Fashion and Art in this drawing workshop.
Laura will go over basic ratios, shapes, lines and coloring styles. Learn about 1920s fashion and how their distinctive design can be translated to 2020 style. Use that inspiration to design your own outfits and bring them to life through pencil, marker and colored pencil techniques.
Taught by Bott Shoppe’s very own Laura Bott, a graduate of Pratt Institute, this session is ideal for teens to adults, and is also a great workshop to do with friends or with family members.

  • iPad with ProCreate is also an option
Basic Drawing & Coloring
  • First we learn about how to draw a basic figure using the “9-head system”
  • Then using pre-made croquis and inspiration we create our own rendering of a 1920s outfit
  • We will be inspired by what we’ve learned and will design a modern take on our first rendering

“Cerealism”: A Pop-up Collage Program with Michael Albert via Zoom

American Pop Artist & Author Michael Albert shows you how to create a collage out of a cereal box (or some other printed cardboard package).
This program is open to Adults and Teens.


Materials required:  This includes easy to find household articles:
    • A cereal or brightly colored cardboard box that has some lettering on it that can be cut out
    • A pair of scissors
    • Glue (Elmers, a white school glue, a glue stick or clear glue)
    • A piece of cardboard to use for the back of the collage (can be the back of the cereal or other box you have chosen
