Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise that is often called a moving meditation. Improve your balance and mobility with slow, controlled movements.

The class will follow along with Scott Cole’s Discover Tai Chi dvd.

The session will last approximately 25 minutes.

All participants must sign waiver before participating. Please see reference desk for waiver.

All participants must be 18 years or older.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
