Adults are invited to burn calories and get in shape in our new low-impact exercise class.
Walking is a simple way to get exercise. The class will follow along with Leslie Sansone‘s Walking series. These DVD’s are low-impact and take approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
All participants must sign waiver before participating.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
