Teen Summer Reading Program

Join us for another awesome summer in the Teen Room!

We’ve got your Summer Reading assignments, of course (located on the First Floor Adult shelves. Need Help? Ask at Adult Reference), but we’ve got other fun stuff too!:

• Movie Mondays @ 3:30pm – with movies like Wicked pt. 1, Wizard of Oz, & Pleasantville
• Weekly Take & Makes – Origami, anyone?
• Summer Reading Raffle!
  • Write to us about your summer adventures! Send a postcard, letter, or email about your latest read (books, comics, audiobooks all count!) – tell us what you thought about the book, write about events in the book or write as though you’re a character in the book!
  • Each piece of mail = one raffle entry
  • Include the author, title, your full name & contact information. Drop it off in the Teen Room mailbox, snail mail Teen Room Summer Reading | 136 Prospect Ave | Mamaroneck, NY 10543 OR email [email protected].

Teen Room Summer Hours:*

Mondays: 2:30-6:30pm

Tuesdays: 2:30-5:30pm

Wednesdays: 2:30-6pm

Thursdays: 2:30-5:30pm

*Summer Hours begin Monday, June 30. If you need assistance when the Teen Room is closed, please ask at either the Adult Reference Desk (first floor) or the Children’s Reference Desk (second floor).
