Walk Your Way to Better Health

Adults are invited to burn calories and get in shape in our new low-impact exercise class.

Walking is a simple way to get exercise. The class will follow along with Leslie Sansone’s Walking series. These DVD’s are low-impact and take approximately 20 – 25 minutes.

All participants must sign waiver before participating.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

Summertime fun for toddlers ages 18 – 36 months, with a parent or caregiver. We’ll sing songs, have fun with felt boards, read aloud our favorite stories and make simple space themed crafts all while building early literacy skills.
