Mamaroneck Book Club

The 2023 Mamaroneck Public Library Book Club meets monthly on Tuesdays at 2pm.

The Book Club theme mirrors the Mamaroneck Public Library Centennial celebration as we read “best of the decades” titles this year. In this way we will pay tribute to the past 100 years of Mamaroneck Public Library service for our community.

The first book discussion begins with the 1930s The Maltese Falcon by Dashiell Hammett on Tuesday, February 14 at 1:30pm (please note the earlier time for this meeting). All are welcome! For those of you who are able to join us in person (refreshments will be served), we will meet in the Community Room and we will also continue to offer the zoom link for our virtual attendees.

Reading group selections will be available for pick-up at the circulation desk prior to the scheduled meetings. Whenever possible, title selections will be available in regular and large print, audio and digital formats.

Please register for dates on the MPL calendar after you have determined the sessions that you can attend @mamaronecklibrary.org/events. The detailed list of Book Club dates and corresponding titles can be found below. If you have any questions, please contact Susan Ackerman at sackerman@mamaronecklibrary.org. If you are registered or have sent your email to Susan, you will receive a reminder with the zoom link the day before the event.
